You can help us by sending your donation by cheque, made out to Association Marie Lannelongue, or else by bank transfer to the Association’s post office account, CCP Paris N° 1498349w020, RIB key 30.

 

Tax incentives

 

If you are a private individual and France is your country of domicile for tax purposes, if you make a donation to the association then we will send you a tax receipt giving you 66% tax relief on the sum donated, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income (if you exceed this limit the sum can be carried over for a 5-year period). Example: a donation of 100 euros costs 34 euros if you pay tax.

 

Individuals who support the Centre Chirurgical Marie Lannelongue who are subject to the ISF (solidarity tax on wealth) enjoy a tax rebate of 75% of the amount donated, up to a ceiling of 50,000 euros.

 

If you are a company, then in accordance with the provisions of article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code, modified by the Aillagon law of 1 August 2003 relating to benefactors, your company is entitled to a tax rebate of 60% of the amount donated, up to a limit of 0.5% of turnover (if you exceed this limit the sum can be carried over for a 5-year period).
